Raise a claim

We pride ourselves on providing fast and reliable cargo services, but we know that things don’t always go to plan

Please use the form below to raise an intent to claim or a formal claim.

We aim to respond to all claims within two working days.

An intent to claim is a written notification to the carrier on the master airway bill. It does not provide specific details but expresses the right to formally claim at a later stage.
 

An intent to claim must be logged within the following timeframes:

  • Damage: within 14 days of delivery of shipment
  • Missing contents: within 14 days of delivery of shipment
  • Missing cargo (part or whole): within 120 days of the time the last part of the shipment should have been delivered
  • Delay: 21 days from time of the shipment delivery

Formal claim

A formal claim is a written notification to the carrier on the master airway bill seeking compensation. It provides specific details of the damage and/or loss.
